Global Photo Exchange (GP) requests our users to complete the registration to be a Photo provider (provider), Photo purchaser (purchaser) or visitor. After the registration, GP allows members to enjoy buying and selling all the digital photo images and digital image information (=Photo) in our website. Here in our Privacy Policy, providers, purchasers and visitors are referred to as our members. Headquarter and Editorial Section in Global Photo Exchange are referred to as GP headquarter and GP editorial section. 1.Definition of Privacy Protection
In our Privacy Policy, personal information includes all the information a member provided to GP, such as your name, postal and e-mail addresses, date of birth, office or organization you work for, telephone number, fax mille number and bank account. ID and password are included, too. After registration, GP headquarter provides you an ID and a password. A password is a series of secret words that a member stated on registration.

5.Access, Change, or Cancellation of Personal Information
A provider, a purchaser or a visitor can access his or her information anytime to change, cancel, or disclose registered data. When doing so, you have to access to your account with your ID and password on registration site. GP will destroy the cancelled information after retaining it for our set term.

The personal information a user provide upon registration is protected by SSL encrypted communication. All the personal information put into our system is sent or received in automatic encryption.

Global Photo Exchanges' headquarter and editorial section is strongly committed to administrate personal information of our members. GP tries our best to execute all the security actions to protect GP server from illegal access. GP secures safety of our members' personal information. 8.Troubles about Personal Information
GP will make sure of an identification of a member by ID and Password. A member has to take a responsibility to protect and administrate his or her password. In case an ID or a password was stolen by an unauthorized person as a result of carelessness of the member, GP will not be responsible for any accidents by the theft. GP will implement every measure and action to protect our members' personal information; we will not be responsible for troubles as a result of technical difficulty of internet connection or of a member's carelessness.
